A continuación vamos a aprender algunas expresiones de uso común en inglés que en algunos casos pueden crear cierta dificultad a la hora de entenderlas:

   • With his talent and dedication, he is bound to succeed in his career. (Con su talento y dedicación, está destinado a tener éxito en su carrera).
   • Siempre sigues las instrucciones, así que estás destinado a hacerlo bien en el examen. (You always follow instructions, so you are bound to do well on the exam).

6. Can't stand:

   • She can't stand the cold weather, so she always travels to warmer places during winter. (Ella no soporta el clima frío, así que siempre viaja a lugares más cálidos durante el invierno).
   • No soporto el ruido constante en la ciudad; prefiero vivir en un lugar más tranquilo. (I can't stand the constant noise in the city; I prefer living in a quieter place).
